The first is the "Sempron X2 198". The Sempron brand has returned to the dual-core for the first time in a long time. CPU-Z 1.58 can be clearly seen on the screenshot, this Sempron X2 198 is indeed a member of the Fusion APU family, development code-named Llano, socket interface FM1 937, manufacturing process 32nm, stepping and A series is also B0.

The dual-core Sempron X2 198 is clocked at 2.5GHz (100MHz x 25). The L2 cache is as thin as 1MB with the E2 series. The thermal design power consumption is only 53W, but the ultra-low voltage of 0.456V is erroneous.

The second is called "Athlon II X4 641", which is very close to the K10 family's four-core Athlon II X4 640, but it belongs to the APU. It is also a quad-core, clocked at 2.8GHz (100MHz x 28), and has a three-level cache of 4MB, which is only 100MHz slower than the current top-end model A8-3850.

The thermal design power consumption CPU-Z shows 111W, but guessing should still be 100W, but the voltage identification is still inaccurate.

In addition, because of limited data, it is unclear what is the core of the graphics of these two Athlon/Sempron APUs, but the possibility of being shielded is not excluded.

If you think these two models are just the CPU-Z error identification, you can look at the "Specification" column, which is the internal model of the chip definition, will not change because of the recognition software, which proves that the two APUs do use Athlon, Sempron brand.

It is unclear why AMD suddenly launched the Athlon, Sempron brand in Llano APU products. It is estimated that it is likely to be used only in the OEM field and not in the retail market. If the GPU graphics core is shielded, this is almost certainly the case.
