According to the “Interim Measures for the Administration of Special Funds for Provincial Solar PV and Semiconductor Lighting Industry Development in Shaanxi Provinceâ€, the funding support direction will focus on supporting the industrialization research and implementation projects of high-efficiency solar cell technology, and the construction of public service platforms for photovoltaic and LED lighting.
The project application conditions are in line with the support for special funds for photovoltaic and LED lighting in 2014. The undertaking unit is a production and operation enterprise registered in the administrative region of Shaanxi Province, with independent legal person qualification, and its main business is solar photovoltaic or LED lighting.
In principle, no new project support will be given to units that have undertaken special projects for photovoltaic and LED lighting projects in previous years and whose projects have not been completed as planned and passed the acceptance check. Projects that have received provincial financial support through other channels will not repeat support.
