The charger includes an AC-DC converter circuit that converts 85 to 265V AC voltage to 72V DC voltage, a DC-DC converter circuit that can convert DC voltage, a circuit that eliminates external noise, and an electronic control circuit. A heat source, a transformer, and an IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) are disposed on the left and right sides of the inside of the body.
