1, equipment dust cleaning. Before starting the machine, clean the dust, acid and alkaline impurities, oil and liquid on the equipment, and clean the inverter air duct.
2, check the integrity of the line. It is necessary to fasten the inverter cable connector, check the protective terminal cover and the grommet, and check if the grounding cable is loose and if there is any rodent damage.
3, test whether wet. Low temperatures during holidays can easily lead to short circuits in the equipment. Before the equipment is powered on, check whether the electrical equipment, including the inverter, is dry, damp, and dew condensation. If there are signs of moisture, use drying and baking to dry the electrical equipment.
4, detect whether short circuit. Check if the internal capacitance of the unit is leaking, discolored, cracked, and the housing expands. Measure the insulation on the input/output side to see if there is any leakage or short circuit.
5, routine testing items.
Finally, after checking the above items, do not run the inverter immediately after the power is turned on, and then apply power for 20 minutes to observe and dry the inverter components. After there is no problem to be observed, run the inverter again.
