On September 22nd, the author participated in the 2016 China Smart Consumer Electronics Industry Summit Forum edited by Smart Product Circle in Shenzhen Nanshan. It was learned that although smartphone growth slowed down, Chinese smartphones are still the highlight of the global market.

Mr. Wang Weimin, deputy general manager of Shenzhen Jiangbolong, shared the latest PPT display. The latest report from Credit Suisse esTImates pointed out that China’s smartphones are expected to reach 500 million shipments in 2016, while China’s smartphone production reaches 890 million. China's smartphone sales account for about 31% of global mobile phones. According to the information collected by the author, in the second quarter of 2016, Huawei’s market share of smartphones in China was 17.2%, ranking first, followed by OPPO, vivo and Xiaomi. Apple’s mobile phone market share was 7.8%. , ranked fifth. Domestic smartphones are emerging in the “mixed war” of multi-party markets.

In addition, IDC, a well-known research institution in the United States, estimates that global smartphone shipments will be approximately 1.48 billion units in 2016 and 1.84 billion units in 2020. The company said that mature markets such as the US, Western Europe and China may experience lower single-digit growth, while Japan and Canada will shrink to 6.4% and 6.9%, respectively.

In addition to the Chinese market, the Indian market is also a bright spot. At present, India is the fastest growing country in the world for smartphones. According to the Internet Data Statistics Center (IDC), 27.5 million smartphones were sold in the Indian market in the second quarter of 2016 (equivalent to nearly 10 million units sold in one month), an increase of 17% from the second quarter of 2015. The Ericsson Mobility Report, released in June, predicts that by 2021, India's mobile users will reach 1.4 billion.

According to data released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority, as of the end of October 2015, the number of mobile phone users in India has exceeded 1 billion, second only to China, with nearly 1.3 billion mobile phone users, becoming the second largest mobile phone user market in the world. . According to the "Measurement of Information Society Report" released by the International Telecommunication Union earlier this year, the global mobile phone users are close to 7.1 billion, covering more than 95% of the world's population. In other words, the number of users of Indian mobile phones accounts for about one-seventh of the world. Sanjeet Pandit, senior sales director for Qualcomm's Asia Pacific and India region, also said: “India is seen as a hotbed for smartphone companies to develop new technologies and a stepping stone to open the Asian market.” Currently, 30% of India's smartphone chips are produced by Qualcomm. .

Welding Neck Flange

We have many kinds of flat welding flanges, such as ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, DIN 2634, DIN 2635, DIN 2630, DIN 2636, DIN2631 and DIN 2637 etc. The flange is the part for connecting pipe and pipe at pipe end. There are holes on the flange, use bolt to connect two flanges, and use gasket to seal two flanges. The flat welding flanges are suitable for connecting steel pipes that the nominal pressure is not larger than 2.5MPa. The sealing surface of flat welding flange should be smooth, concave-convex and tongue-and-groove etc.

Type: DIN2630 to DIN2635

Pressure: PN2.5 to PN64

Material: Carbon steel or other required material
