FX Group, as a high-tech enterprise which gathering the design creation, and production service in the fields of Fiberglass products like AGM Separator, Battery Separator, Composite Separator and the accessories of trucks like Roll Up Door, Aluminum Roller Shutter for Fire-fighting trucks, the ladders and some other accessories which was established in 2005 year and waslocated in Chuzhou city. 

We had two plants with the total area of 40 thousand square meters, one plant was located in Chuzhou city and one plant was located in Changzhou city. The plant in Changzhou city major involved in the fiberglass products, the production capacity of our AGM battery separator which used in the VRLA battery arrive to 5000tons/year, we have total three production lines which imported from Japan, now our year exporting annual is about 5million USD per year, and the AGM battery separator was accepted and popular in India, Vietnam, Pakistan, Middle East and some other countries also. Our another plant which located in Chuzhou city major involved in the truck accessories, all the goods quality was making according to Europe standard, till now on we had been exported our truck roll up doors to Brazil, America, Iran, Dubai UAE, India and so on

Fiberglass Battery Separator

It is micro fiber mixed with binder to produce AGM battery separator. Thickness: 1mm, 1.95mm, 2.5mmAs per application, there are two kinds: Soft for close UPS separator and Hard lead acid battery separator and the product passes OQS certificate.

Technical data:

Surface resistance: <=0.0006 ohm

Aperture rate: >=90~95%

Aperture diameter (max): <=20um

Absorbing acid: >=85mm/5min

Weight loss in acid soaking: <=2.05%

Fe content: <=0.0028%

Cl content: <=0.003%

Delivery in rolls or we can process into different sizes according to customer's requirement. Ultrasonic Thermal Flowmeter

Ultrasonic Thermal flowmeter uses the transmit time difference of the ultrasonic wave in the downstream and upstream medium sent and received by the ultrasonic transducer, to measure the velocity of the medium indirectly, and then calculate the flow rate through the velocity, it`s an indirect measurement method.

The product is composed of paired temperature sensor, Ultrasonic Flowmeter and calculator.
