Li Lei introduced that the high-power LED ceramic copper-clad board developed by Galaxy High Technology has the advantages of high thermal conductivity, high insulation, high peel strength, low thermal resistance and low expansion coefficient, and has been granted national invention patents. At the same time, Li Lei pointed out that in the future, the requirements for the performance and quality of high-power LED application products will become higher and higher. Ordinary aluminum substrates can no longer meet the needs, and will gradually be replaced by ceramic substrates.
