Diodes unveiled two pairs of NPN (MMBT3904FA and BC847BFA) and PNP (MMBT3906FA and BC857BFA) transistors in the DFN0806-3 package, followed by pre-biased (digital) transistors in the same package.
The NPN MMBT3904FA and PNP MMBT3906FA transistors have a VCE rating of 40V and are capable of handling 200mA continuous current and supporting 500mA pulse peak current. The NPN BC847BFA and PNP BC857BFA devices are rated at 45V and can handle 100mA continuous current and 200mA pulse current.
