3 billion yuan nuclear capacitor forgings project settled in Jimo

The national strategic emerging industry project with a total investment of about RMB 3 billion, the Zhuang Ming nuclear power and heavy container forgings manufacturing project, was officially signed on the island of Jimo, the seat of the shipbuilding industry base in Jimo, Shandong Province. It is understood that this project will echo with the 1 mile-long sea port of the East Coast of Taiwan and the 2 billion yuan of Jimo Shipbuilding Industry Base – the Sailing Shipbuilding Project. It will accelerate the optimization and upgrading of industrial structures such as Jimo shipbuilding and promote the port of Jimo. The development of the construction and shipping industry and the promotion of sound and rapid economic development have played an active role in promoting development.

According to reports, the Zhuang Ming nuclear power plant and heavy-duty container forgings manufacturing project located in the eastern island of Jimo City is invested by Hong Kong Zhuangming Energy Co., Ltd. The total planned investment is about 3 billion yuan, and the planned area is about 2,000 mu. About 350,000 square meters, the main production of power generation equipment, shipbuilding and heavy chemical industry, such as the demand for various types of large forgings. The project is scheduled to begin construction in October this year and will be completed and put into operation two years later. After the project is put into production, it can produce 80,000 tons of all kinds of super-large forgings, realize sales revenue of 10.9 billion yuan, and tax revenue of 670 million yuan. It will become an international advanced nuclear power and shipbuilding heavy container forgings manufacturing base.
