How to operate the constant temperature and humidity test chamber correctly?

First, the constant temperature and humidity test box operating procedures

1. Open the box of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber (hereinafter referred to as the test box), and place the test sample on the sample holder in the test box. Make sure that the sample is at a certain distance from the wall of the box and the air around the sample is circulated.

2. Check if the water level of the water tank in the lower right corner of the test box exceeds 3/5. If it is less than 3/5, pull out the humidification water tank above the water level table to add water. During the test, the water level in the water tank should be checked from time to time to ensure sufficient water supply during the test.

3. Close the air switch (do not wet the hand), then close the main power supply on the right side of the test box. At this time, you will hear a “click”, and after a while, enter the upper left corner of the operation screen and “return” to Function selection screen.

4. There are a total of four items in the function selection screen:

Mode selection (program control, fixed value control)

Advanced operations (history dump, file backup, manual debugging, fault logging)

System settings (system time modification, system reservation start, system power failure recovery)

Product information (product model, product name)

5. Set over-temperature protection ("+" means increase, "-" means decrease): Set the over-temperature protection temperature in the right corner of the test box, over-temperature protector temperature setting = temperature set point +20 °C ~ 30 °C.

6. Test method: This test chamber provides two test methods: fixed value operation and program operation.

6.1 Operation of fixed value operation:

a) Select “Settings” under the mode selection screen, enter “Settings” screen and select “Settings” to enter the setting screen. Enter in the “Temperature setting value” and “Humidity setting value” boxes. The actual temperature and humidity values ​​required for the test.

b) According to the actual temperature of the test, the “temperature slope” is set to the corresponding “on” or “off” state. If it is “on” state, set the temperature slope and click “OK”.

c) According to the actual situation of humidity test, the “humidity slope” is changed to the corresponding “on” or “off” state. If it is “on” state, set the humidity slope and then “determine” (do the low temperature test ( Zero) "Humidity Control" must be "off".

d) Click the “Back” button in the upper left corner, return to the setting screen to select “Run”, pop up (confirm whether to start the setting operation) dialog box, select “Confirm” to start the fixed value operation.

6.2 Operation of the program:

a) Select “Program Run” under the mode selection screen, enter the “Program Run” screen → click “Edit” → enter the process selection screen → click “Edit” → enter the process edit screen → click “Add” → enter the new program name.

b) Enter the actual values ​​required for the test in the Time, Temperature, Humidity, Temperature Wait, Humidity Wait, Cycle Count boxes.

c) Click “Return” in the upper left corner → return to the process selection screen → select the name of the program to be run → click “OK” → pop up (replace) dialog box → click “OK” to automatically return to the program running screen → click “Run” → The pop-up (confirm whether to start the program run) dialog box → click "confirm" to start the program run.

7. During the test, the operation panel has an “illumination” button. When it is open, you can observe the situation in the test area for observation.

8. After the operation stops, the total power supply on the right side of the test box and the gate switch on the wall belonging to the test box are successively dialed.

9. Open the box door of the test box. When taking the test sample, do not face the door to avoid being sprayed by hot air.

10. Clean the test area of ​​the test chamber before and after each test and try to keep the test area clean at all times.

Second, constant temperature and humidity test box precautions

1. This equipment must be used indoors temperature less than +28 degrees, pay attention to good indoor ventilation

2. Pay attention to the power phase sequence and the power of the device before installation and use.

3. This equipment is operated at low temperature for 48 hours and must be operated for 2 hours at high temperature (60 degrees) to defrost the equipment.

4. When the device is running at high temperature, please pay attention when opening the door to prevent burns.

5. Do not open the door frequently when the equipment is running at low temperature.

6. This equipment must not be used for testing inflammable and explosive.

7. Wash once a month, then wipe with soapy water.
