Toshiba's TL12W01-D white LEDs typically have a performance of 35 lumens per watt and a forward voltage of 3.4 volts at 250mA. The operating temperature range is -40--100 degrees. Suitable for many home and commercial lighting applications, it can replace ordinary incandescent lamps.
With an automatic lead-free production line, the new surface mount is compatible with 260 degree reflow soldering.
