Zhang Xiaofei, Chairman of Gaogong LED: At present, to what extent is smart manufacturing developed? May I ask Li, what does smart manufacturing mean for Guoxing Optoelectronics? What are your requirements from the product level?

Li Cheng, deputy general manager of Guoxing Optoelectronics: In fact, the most important thing for us is the ratio of input to output. For example, a person’s salary is calculated by one month and five thousand, one worker is 60,000, and ten provinces are 600,000. Three years can save 3 million. How can our investment and output be balanced? I think that intelligence is a direction. Encapsulation now advocates more flexible and intelligent, that is, we do not change the main processes now, but we can use various intelligent means to achieve digital transmission and use robots to achieve interconnection.

Zhang Xiaofei, Chairman of Gaogong LED: If you have two machines in one machine, what advice do you have?

Li Cheng, deputy general manager of Guoxing Optoelectronics: Some of them are ok, and now there are already companies doing it. However, all the curing and powder mixing are linked. In some places, the required environment is different, the crystallization is different, and the time processing speed and efficiency are different. The ratio of the machine is not matched by 1:1 or 1:2. There may be some processes that can be chained together, but not necessarily all connected from front to back.

Li Guoping, Chairman of Hongli Zhihui: The most urgent thing for Hongli Zhihui is to do packaging. This year, the expansion in Nanchang will mean that the labor cost will be cheaper, and the result will not be cheaper or even higher. Therefore, we are now eager to have some intelligence in the field of packaging. LG's packaging factory in South Korea was intelligent from start to finish, but when we went to visit, it was found that intelligence was indeed difficult. Now, we are also hoping that equipment manufacturers can meet our equipment needs as soon as possible.

Zhang Qinglang, Director of R&D R&D: The first stage of intelligentization should be digital and informational. We are actually doing it now, like dispensing, phosphor, although we don’t make machines, we will integrate it. There is no need for people to feed in the periphery, mainly to make an integrated line body.

Zhang Xiaofei, Chairman of Gaogong LED: After the process flow is compiled, is the tape placed there or manually taken?

Hyun Shuo Zhi, R&D Director Zhang Qinglang: We want to use the machine to crawl and save the labor part. Now this part is still under development.

Yuan Manbao, deputy general manager of Xinyichang: I think that intelligence should be divided into three steps. The first step is to improve efficiency through equipment. Now we have done it. In the second step, what needs to be done for the entire workshop is the connection between the equipment and the equipment. Eliminating the existing oven is the first thing we want to do. In the third step, intelligence is more than just handling, or management only needs to stand on the computer and mobile phone to understand the production capacity of 60 lines in a workshop. This is an ultimate goal.

Li Guoping, Chairman of Hongli Zhihui: For us, what about the equipment you bought? You have to help us solve it. I bought seven or eight hundred million equipment. I will buy seven or eight hundred million equipment in the future. If the previous equipment can't be solved, there will be no way to do it.

Regarding improving efficiency, I think that efficiency itself is supposed to be improved. It cannot be said that it is to help us improve. Improving efficiency is the obligation of equipment companies and the embodiment of equipment value. What we are most concerned about now is whether you can put on the equipment and help us reduce it. As for buying or not, it is still necessary to look at the data of the equipment factory.

The new line can be strung together from the beginning, but what about the original equipment? We are not willing to expand production now, or continue the original method, in fact, waiting for your equipment to change, in order to plan our plant construction. All warehousing, production, shipping, etc. need to be coordinated with equipment manufacturers.

Li Cheng, deputy general manager of Guoxing Optoelectronics: What we lack now is not the equipment, but the system plan. I recommend that equipment manufacturers not just focus on the equipment, but pay attention to the solution. There are too many robots, automation, assembly lines and tracks, such as the Haitian factory. When we visited ten years ago, we were already doing unmanned factories, so I think it must be done by the solution manufacturers.

Zhang Xiaofei, Chairman of Gaogong LED: What are the requirements for Guoxing Optoelectronics and Hongli Zhihui? Is innovation? Still stable?

Li Cheng, deputy general manager of Guoxing Optoelectronics: From the perspective of material packaging, the price reduction of chips is relatively fast. It turns out to be 50-60 yuan, and now it has 20-30, so there are several requirements for materials: one is a regular product. It is more standardized, and competitively motivated products hope to have more room for material decline. The second one has some high-end products, and we also hope to have better performance. In fact, the SMC just mentioned by Commet is a kind of corner overtaking situation, we need some high performance. The third is that LED has developed into many new fields today. To adapt to these new fields, new materials are needed. The requirements for this aurora package, infrared and deep ultraviolet are different.

So, the first is to reduce costs, the second is to improve performance on high-end products, and the third emerging field has new requirements to have new material support.

Li Guoping, Chairman of Hongli Zhihui: In recent years, materials have been continuously reduced in price, and the market has changed more and more. Before we did not care about the price of materials, the competition is becoming more and more fierce, and the quantity is getting bigger and bigger. The cost-effective products are more localized. .

Zhang Xiaofei, Chairman of Gaogong LED: What commitment does the material factory have?

Ma Jing, deputy general manager of Commet: We are very confident in SMC, because we have verified in several domestic large factories, including some customers in Taiwan, including cost, which is our first goal, we want With EMC PK, not only PK performance.

Japan is relatively early in the SMC field, but at the moment we are very confident to win in terms of performance, because we are taking a completely different route from them, and performance has a natural advantage.

Qian Xuexing, general manager of Morning Technology: We have taken a route. We have been guiding domestic technology in solid crystal solder paste. We believe that materials must be localized and prices can be lowered. Regarding the new process, I think the price of flip-chip will be lower in terms of materials. In the current process of dressing, the material cost or labor cost is squeezed. I think that the material cost and automation will be more drastically reduced, which depends on the maturity of the flip-chip process.

The filament started to fire from last year, and many companies started this year. The price is very cheap. Our glue can only be controlled at 10% of the gross profit margin. This is our current attitude.

Zhang Xiaofei, Chairman of Gaogong LED: What do you want to do in 2018?
