1. Security organization measures
1.1 This specification is applicable to the ground potential operation mode of the 10~500kV zinc oxide surge arrester in operation, and the live measurement work performed by the measuring instrument that does not pass the signal of the secondary circuit of the voltage transformer.
1.2 The person in charge of the test shall have the corresponding knowledge of the live measurement and be approved by the leadership of the work area.
1.3 Live measurements should be carried out under good weather conditions and relatively stable systems, such as lightning, rain, snow, fog and system operation.
1.4 The live measurement must be supervised by a person. The guardian should be a person with experience in live measurement. The guardian must not directly operate, and must carefully monitor the safety of the person and equipment under test.
2. Safety technical measures
2.1 Apparel, Insulating Shoes, Insulation Pads Testers should wear long-sleeved cotton overalls and insulated shoes, wear safety helmets, and operators should wear insulated gloves and stand on insulating mats. The insulating tools used shall pass the test and be valid.
2.2 Safety distance test personnel must strictly ensure the safety distance between the human body and the charged body during live measurement. The safety distance between the human body and the charged body during ground potential measurement is: 10kV--0.4m; 35kV--0.6m; 110kV--1.0m; 220kV--1.8m; 500kV--3.6m. When the safety distance is less than the above, reliable insulation isolation measures must be taken.
2.3 The grounding wire and the working grounding end of the grounding wire test device must be reliably grounded. The grounding wire should use multiple strands of bare copper wire or copper soft stranded wire with transparent insulating layer. The cross section should meet the test requirements and should not be less than 4mm2. The grounding wire and the grounding body should be firmly connected and in good contact. It is strictly prohibited to entangle. It is strictly forbidden to ground through the neutral line or water pipe of the low-voltage circuit.
2.3 Lead high-voltage leads should be as short as possible, the connection must be strong, and if necessary, supported by insulation.
2.4 Voltage measurement When measuring the resistive current of zinc oxide arrester, the bus voltage at that time should be recorded at the same time.
2.5 Current measurement The peak and rms values of the full current and the resistive current are measured separately according to the instrument usage regulations.
2.6 Under no circumstances should the disconnection of the grounding lead of the arrester and the grounding wire be disconnected.
3. The beginning of the measurement work
3.1 Test division Before the start of the test, the person in charge of the test shall clarify the division of labor and responsibilities of each tester, and explain the work contents, live parts and safety precautions to all test personnel in detail.
3.2 Wiring inspection Before the test, the person in charge of the test must carefully check whether the wiring of the test instrument and the test instrument meets the test requirements.
4. Test process
4.1 The person in charge of the issuance, reinstatement and singing test can only start the measurement if it is confirmed that the test personnel are in place and the safety measures are in place.
The person in charge of the test shall issue an order, and the operator shall repeat the order. The terms of the issuance and reinstatement shall be standardized and clear.
4.2 Change the wiring Change the wiring. The person in charge of the test orders, the operator picks up the order, and confirms that the power of the test instrument has been cut off, wearing insulated gloves, and standing on the insulating mat. Strictly maintain the safe distance between the person and the charged body. The wiring must be grounded first, followed by the upper end of the arrester counter, and the order of disconnection is reversed. The person in charge of the test should take good care of the work to ensure the safety of the person and equipment. (Source: http://)
4.3 After the test is completed, the self-installed test leads are removed and the site is cleaned.
5. Zinc oxide arrester test danger point
5.1 Since the equipment to be tested is the operating equipment, the high-voltage lead wires and the test equipment must have sufficient safety distance from the live parts.
5.2 Measurements should be carried out in good weather and with relatively stable systems. In case of lightning, rain, snow, fog and the system is not allowed to operate.
5.3 It is strictly forbidden to disconnect the grounding lead of the arrester and the ground wire during work.
