This circular chandelier is 12 meters wide and has been recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. It has 15,000 LEDs and outputs 390,000 lumens. The total energy consumption is 2.7kW, the weight is almost two tons, and the appearance is Analok543 bronze. The wall panels are integrated into one.
The luminaire was produced by Spectral at its parent company Ridi's Jungingen plant in Germany, designed by architect Sheppard Robson.
The contractor can only use a 4 meter hydraulic lift to send it to the air. The Spectral team built 30 separate sections, 1.2 meters long, bolted together on site.
The chandeliers are suspended from existing beams, each of which is drilled with a diamond drill and fitted with a special heavy-duty fixture. Plugs and sockets are pre-installed on the PCB, LED and power supply.
