(4) The work bucket of the aerial work vehicle should be adjusted until the operator stands in the work bucket, and the operator's overhead can maintain a safe distance from the live conductor.

(5) If the operator uses the foot buckle to board the pole, the safety precautions are the same as above.

3 tools and insulation shielding equipment lifting

1. Install nylon sling

(1) Nylon slings should be tied to a position that does not interfere with normal operations and tied to prevent falling off.

(2) The lifting position of the nylon sling suitable for lifting should be determined according to the position of the operator and the relationship of the lower facilities.

(3) Nylon slings should be hung on a height that does not touch the ground. Care should be taken to prevent the slings from being entangled in other facilities.

2. Lifting and installation of tools and insulation shielding tools

(1) Tools and insulation shielding equipment shall be separately loaded into the specified lifting bags.

(2) Insulation (lower) work of tools and insulation shielding tools, equipment, etc. Generally, insulated small cranes of insulated arm vehicles are used. If there is no such device, insulated pulleys must be used. When lifting the item, it must be hoisted while observing, and it is necessary to prevent the hanging item from being hung on other facilities.

(3) When lifting tools and equipment, ground workers should also pay attention to and observe the items being lifted.

(4) The delivery of tools and equipment between operators should be delivered one by one.

(5) The auxiliary workers on the pole should wear the same protective equipment as the working personnel. When the working personnel are working, the auxiliary workers should pay attention to their actions.

(1) When wearing high-voltage insulated gloves, check each time in advance, and protective gloves must be applied outside the insulated gloves.

(1) In the work of installing the shield on the live conductor, choose a position that is easy to nest.

(3) If there are cables or low-voltage lines around the working position, insulation barriers, high-voltage insulation blankets, etc. should be used to isolate and protect the close parts of these facilities.

(4) When installing a shield for a live conductor, install it from the nearest conductor to the remote conductor. When shielding devices are provided for the multi-layer distributed live conductors, the upper conductors should be installed in order from the lower conductors.

3. Set the shielding device for the insulator

(1) The insulator shielding device uses an insulator cover or an insulating blanket, and the joint with the wire shield should have a coincident portion of more than 15 cm and be fastened with an insulated rope.

(2) The order in which the insulator shield and the wire shield are installed is to first install the wire shield and then install the insulator shield.

5 operating principles

1. Work according to the established work steps

(1) The live working items must be carried out by more than 2 people, and there must be guardians on site.

(2) For each live working item, it should be carried out according to the specified working steps. If the working item is not clearly defined, refer to the steps of using other existing working items.

2, the operation of the adjacent electrified body

(1) For the protection method for the operation of the adjacent live conductor, the insulation shielding device shall be provided with reference to the protective method when the live working is carried out.

(2) When working in the vicinity of the live conductor, it is not necessary to make an incorrect judgment on whether or not to provide insulation shielding and isolation. Do not arbitrarily omit the insulation protection.

3. Monitoring during the operation

(1) The operation monitor should always grasp the overall situation of the operation, pay close attention to the movements of the operators, and make appropriate instructions in time according to the operation steps.

(2) When the squad leader is absent, a suitable ground guardian must be identified to perform the guardianship work instead of the squad leader.

4. Inspection after operation

(1) After each step of the operation is completed, it should be checked immediately. If the installation of the insulation shielding tool is completed, before entering the next step, it should be checked whether the installed shielding device is perfect, proper, and in all operations. Check again when done.

(2) In the inspection at the end of the operation, pay special attention to the existence of forgotten and unfinished items, as well as matters that are not perfect in the operation, and then remove the insulation shielding equipment.

5, working time

The squad leader should have an in-depth understanding of the fatigue level of the operator. The continuous time of the actual live working should not be controlled for more than 30 minutes, and the appropriate rest interval should be maintained. If necessary, the shift can be alternated between two shifts.

6Removal of insulation shielding equipment

1. Remove the insulation shielding device

(1) When removing the insulating shield, the insulating shield must be removed from under or on the side of the wire.

(2) When removing the high-voltage insulation blanket provided on the insulator, first remove the insulation rope clamp, then pull the high-voltage insulation blanket from the side below to remove it.

(3) When removing the wire shield, first turn the opening upwards and then remove it from below.

(4) When removing the insulating shielding device, care should be taken not to cause the wire or the like to be significantly vibrated or to be deformed, and to be removed as lightly as possible.

(5) The order of removing the insulating shielding tools is to remove them from the line far away from them to the nearest line. If the insulating shielding tools are removed from the upper and lower layers, they should be removed from the upper layer to the lower layer.

(6) The order of removing the insulator shield or the high-voltage insulation blanket and the wire shield of the shielding insulator is as follows: first remove the insulator mask or the high-voltage insulation blanket, and then remove the wire shield.

(7) Take off the insulated gloves and carry them in the specified bag.
