The ring lamp is composed of five circular light boxes of different sizes, which are made of PVC transparent film, which are hoisted on a metal square pipe rod of 0.2×0.2×10 meters long. The light box is composed of two upper and lower 108X64 aluminum profile rings. The LED ring and the constant current power supply plate are mounted on the plane of the aluminum ring. The PVC film is divided into inner and outer membranes, which are respectively mounted on the inner and outer sides of the ring.
The square metal rod is made of a square tube with a wall thickness of 5 mm. The surface is hot-dip galvanized and then sprayed with silver matt polyester powder. The decorative end cover of the two-head stainless steel is rolled and matte matte finish.
The upper part of the pole is connected with the top traction device, and the top steel beam is equipped with a crane and two hooks. When the wire rope pulls the lamp to the steel beam, the hook hangs the lamp and the crane is not stressed; when repairing, it must be The ceiling lights operate on the ceiling.
The number of light sources installed: LED light source power is 3W, input voltage is 11V, input current is 0.3A, color temperature is 3300K. The 20W copper bracket package is used to increase the light-emitting area and heat-dissipation area; the ring is 1.04 meters, 64, 1.74M, 104, 2.88M, 192, 3.6M, 240, 3.65M. There are 272 lights, and one lamp has a total of 872 light sources.
Power system: 8 SE-600W Taiwan Mingwei high-power switching power supply, output voltage is DC 48V, then every 4 3W series is connected with a set of DC constant current power supply (see the figure below), a total of 216 DC constant current power supplies . High-power switching power supply arrangement: one power supply for 1.04 meters, one power supply for 1.74M, two power supplies for 2.88M, two power supplies for 3.6M, and two power supplies for 3.65M. The high-power power supply has multiple protections such as short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and overload protection.
The switch power supply box is installed in the stainless steel garden decorative cover at the bottom of the lamp, and an air switch is installed above the power supply. When the maintenance, the stainless steel cover screws are loosened and then retracted to see the power supply.
