The power supply must be connected to the main circuit power terminals R, S, T of the inverter. If the power terminal is connected to other terminals by mistake, the inverter will be damaged. Also make sure that the supply voltage is within the allowable voltage range indicated on the nameplate.

☆ The grounding terminal must be well grounded to prevent electric shock or fire accidents, and to reduce noise.

☆ The terminals and wires must be connected with crimp terminals with insulating tubes to ensure the reliability of the connection.

☆ After wiring, the broken wire ends must be cleaned, and the broken wire ends that fall into the inverter may cause the inverter to malfunction and malfunction. When punching the console, be careful not to let debris powder enter the inverter. Complete the circuit connection and check the following points:
1 Are all connections correct?
2 Is there any leaky wiring?
3 Is there a short circuit or short circuit to ground between each terminal and wiring?

☆ To change the wiring, first cut off the power supply, and pay attention to the main circuit filter capacitor to complete the discharge takes a certain time, in order to avoid danger, wait for the charging indicator to go out, then use the DC voltmeter test to confirm that the voltage value is less than 25V before starting operation. .

☆ When wiring, please select the wiring diameter specification in accordance with the regulations of the electrician's regulations for safety.

☆ The connection between the three-phase AC input power supply and the main circuit terminals (R, S, T) must be connected to a no-fuse switch. It is better to connect a magnetic contactor (MC) in series to cut off the power at the same time when the inverter protection function is activated. (The RC surge absorber should be installed at both ends of the electromagnetic contactor)

☆ When the wiring distance between the inverter and the motor is long, especially at low output frequency, the torque of the motor will drop due to the voltage drop.

☆ Do not connect anything other than the braking resistor between the terminals (+) and PB. Never short circuit!

☆ Electromagnetic interference: The input/output (main circuit) of the inverter contains harmonic components, which may interfere with communication equipment (such as AM radio) near the inverter. Therefore, an optional radio noise filter (for the input side only) or a line noise filter can be installed to minimize interference.

☆ Do not install power capacitors, surge suppressors and radio noise filters on the output side of the inverter. This will cause damage to the drive or damage to the capacitors and suppressors. If one of the above devices is installed, remove it immediately.
