The "Opinions" also require that departments at all levels such as finance, taxation, development and reform, and science and technology should promote the implementation of the state's production of new energy-saving lighting products, engage in state-promoted projects for the import of self-use equipment, and import the equipment and accessories in accordance with the contract. Spare parts shall be exempted from preferential tariffs on imported tariffs within the prescribed scope. We will encourage the purchase of domestic MOCVD equipment, establish a risk compensation mechanism for the use of domestic equipment, and support the localization of key equipment. Promote the inclusion of semiconductor lighting products and key equipment in the energy conservation and environmental protection product catalog, and enjoy the corresponding incentive policies. Promote the integration of semiconductor lighting products into the list of government procurement of energy-saving products. In the areas of roads, industrial and mining enterprises, commercial buildings and households, they have chosen to promote relatively mature semiconductor lighting products, and when conditions are ripe, they will be included in the scope of financial subsidy policy support.
