HARTING's RJ Industrial® 10G is HARTING's next-generation product featuring design features for future 10G Ethernet. The connection is fast and reliable by using proven insulation to pierce the terminal block technology. The design of the insulating layer piercing terminal is common to rigid and flexible wires having a wide wire cross section. With the newly developed wire gland, the wires from 4.5 to 9 mm in diameter can be securely fastened to the connector. This allows the user to connect all the usual Ethernet wire types to the RJ45 connector. Thanks to its lightweight design, the rugged industrial standard IP20 interface can also be used for multi-port RJ 45 jacks. In addition to the IP20 interface, all known IP 65/67 push-pull interfaces and even the Han® 3A interface are now able to use this new connector.
