Nitrogen blower notes common faults and solutions

One: matters needing attention

1.

Under the same environmental conditions, the drying and drying of the heating medium, the degree of pollution in the fume hood and the purity of the purge gas will affect the evaporation concentration effect;

In order to prevent cross-infection, the gas needle tube (mainly the lower part) should be cleaned in time after each use;

3.

When adjusting, try to hold the aeration plate by hand so that it can rise and fall smoothly, and avoid damage to the test tube due to the gravity drop of the aeration plate itself, resulting in unnecessary loss;

4.

When the nitrogen gas is introduced, the valve should be slowly opened so that the pressure does not exceed the gauge range, thus preventing the sample from splashing, causing loss and pollution, and preventing damage to the pressure gauge;

5.

This device is a mechatronics precision equipment. Users are not allowed to disassemble the relevant parts without permission, so as not to affect the quality assurance. If there is any problem, please contact the manufacturer to solve the problem.
