Jiangsu Province Key Laboratory of Carbon-based Functional Materials and Devices High-tech Research has successfully developed the largest OLED LED lighting panel in China and obtained relevant patents.
OLED is an organic light-emitting diode, also known as organic electro-laser display. It is a new generation of flat panel display technology. It has a larger viewing angle and no need for backlight. It has remarkable functions of light and energy saving. The laboratory is made up of Suzhou University and Zhangjiagang Rainbow Tablet. Display Co., Ltd. jointly built, under the leadership of the famous material expert, Academician Li Shutang, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, successfully developed the largest OLED luminous lighting board (110mm110mm) in China.
