Introduction to office lighting

All general offices, office buildings, business centers, etc. in the office. Due to the special nature of the office, the office staff is required to keep the mind fresh, comfortable and peaceful, and work efficiently and without fatigue. Offices generally use the highest usage rate during the day. The lighting of office space is usually based on the needs of office functions, while fully utilizing natural light, combined with artificial lighting to maintain a stable, reasonable, comfortable and healthy light environment. The purpose of lighting is to create a good working environment, meet the illumination requirements, and even illumination; reduce the stroboscopic effect and glare of the lamps to reduce the visual fatigue of the office staff. Therefore, the cold color should be used. The color temperature is often between 4200 and 5300K, which is closer to the morning illumination to maintain a calm and clear mind. It can be installed by bare lamp tube ceiling or by metal reflective fluorescent lamp. The office building is often installed with aluminum alloy reflective grille fluorescent lamp embedded in the ceiling.

Office lighting requirements

1. Select the appropriate color temperature and color rendering index of the light source. Generally choose >4000K color temperature in the office space and choose Ra≥75 for the color rendering index.
2, lighting level: different environments, different places, the lighting requirements are different. The illumination of the office should meet the requirements for use, generally 500-1000lx.
3. Uniformity of illumination: Reasonably arrange the lamps to make the illumination uniform, so that the difference between the maximum, minimum illumination and average illumination of the office is less than 1/3 of the average illumination.
4, comfort and glare control: when there is too high brightness or excessive brightness ratio in the field of view, it will make people feel glare. The measures to prevent glare are mainly to limit the brightness of the light source and to arrange the light source reasonably. If the light source is above the 45-degree line of sight, a light-shielding angle is formed or the light source is blocked with an opaque material.
5. Safety: Mainly consider the safety of the structure of the lamp, the safety of the electrical appliance, whether the lamp meets the national standard, and whether it passes the 3C certification.
6, energy-saving and environmental protection: the use of high-efficiency light source, high efficiency, long life, reasonable lighting, high-performance, long-life accessories. The light distribution generally selects the batwing light distribution to make the light intensity uniform and widely distributed.

Introduction to traditional fluorescent lamps

Fluorescent lamps are also known as fluorescent lamps. Fluorescent lamp structure and function: There is a filament at each end of the fluorescent lamp. The lamp tube is filled with a small amount of argon and thin mercury vapor. The inner wall of the lamp tube is coated with phosphor, and the gas between the two filaments emits ultraviolet light to make the phosphor. Gives soft visible light. Fluorescent lamp working characteristics: When the lamp starts to ignite, a high voltage is needed. The lamp tube is filled with some special gas, and the phosphor tube is coated on the tube wall of the lamp tube. After the power is turned on, the light is generated due to the discharge. The fluorescent tube is provided with filaments at both ends, and the inner wall is coated with a uniform thin phosphor. The tube is evacuated, filled with a small amount of inert gas, and a small amount of liquid mercury is injected.

Inductive ballasts, when the current in the coil changes, cause a change in the magnetic flux in the coil, thereby generating an induced electromotive force in a direction opposite to the direction of the current, thereby impeding the current change.

LED fluorescent tube introduction

The LED fluorescent tube and the traditional fluorescent lamp are the same in the external dimensions. The lengths are 600mm, 900mm, 1200mm and 1500mm. The power is 9W, 14W, 18W and 25W, respectively. The actual power consumption of the 20W traditional fluorescent lamp is about 53W. The actual power consumption of the 40W traditional fluorescent lamp is about 68W; the brightness of the 9W LED fluorescent lamp is brighter than that of the 18W fluorescent lamp, and the brightness of the 18W LED fluorescent lamp is brighter than the traditional 40W fluorescent lamp. The brightness of the LED fluorescent lamp is especially softer and more acceptable. . The service life is 30,000-50,000 hours. The power supply voltage is AC85V-260V (AC). It does not need a starter and ballast. It has fast start-up, low power, no stroboscopic, and it is not easy to see fatigue. It is not only super energy saving but also more environmentally friendly. It is currently the main product to replace traditional fluorescent lamps.

Advantages of LED lamps in office lighting

1. Environmentally friendly lamps and lanterns protect the earth. Traditional fluorescent lamps contain a large amount of mercury vapor. If the mercury vapor is broken, it will be volatilized into the atmosphere. However, LED fluorescent lamps do not use mercury and LED products do not contain lead, which protects the environment.
2, efficient lighting, reduce the loss of traditional lamps, the direction of illumination is 360 degrees, and LED lamps are directional light, will not cause light loss.
3, quiet and comfortable, no noise LED lamps will not produce noise, for the occasion of the use of sophisticated electronic equipment. Suitable for libraries, offices and the like.
4, soft light, protect the eye The traditional fluorescent lamp uses AC, so it will produce 100-120 strobes per second. LED luminaires convert AC power directly into DC power without flickering and protecting the eyes.
5, no UV, no mosquitoes LED lamps will not produce ultraviolet light, so unlike traditional lamps, there are many mosquitoes around the light source. The interior will become cleaner and cleaner.
6, voltage adjustable 80V-265V
The conventional fluorescent lamp is lit by the high voltage released by the rectifier, and cannot be lit when the voltage is lowered. LED lamps can be lit within a certain range of voltage, and can also adjust the brightness.
7, energy saving, longer life LED fluorescent lamp power consumption is one-half of the traditional fluorescent lamp, life is also the traditional fluorescent lamp 10
Double, can be used for a long time without replacement, reducing labor costs. More suitable for occasions that are difficult to replace.

The LED lamp body itself uses epoxy resin instead of the traditional glass, which is firmer and firmer. Even if the LED is on the floor, the LED will not be easily damaged and can be used with confidence.

Aluminum extrusion has several cross-sectional shapes, depending on the substrate used, some have a cross section in the middle (Fig. 1), some are hollow in the middle (Fig. 2), and some use upper and lower layers (Fig. 3). ). The form of heat dissipation in the back is also taken in a variety of ways, some with small ripples (Figure 1), some with fins (Figure 2), and some without heat sinks (Figure 3). The thickness of the heat sink is also different. Select an application based on the actual situation. Figure 1 is not coated with grease, Figure 2 has a grease on the aluminum to increase the heat dissipation effect (as shown above)

The PC cover has several cross-sectional shapes, which are smaller than semi-circular (Fig. 1), semi-circular (Fig. 2), and also have a perfect circle (Fig. 3), and the aluminum extrusion type that matches it will also correspond to it ( Except for Figure III).

Both Figure 1 and Figure 2 are not round, so there will be aluminum extrusion and it will fit behind. This structure is suitable for the use of a chip-type chip, and the increased aluminum extrusion behind can effectively dissipate the heat generated by the LED in time. Figure 3 is a full circle. This structure does not use aluminum extrusion, so this structure is suitable for the lamp beads of the insert.

The surface of the PC cover will also vary depending on the required uniformity of light, and some will be fully transparent (Figure 1). This has the advantage of allowing all of the light to illuminate the outside of the tube. Some use stripe (Figure 2), this scheme can play the effect of dispersing the light, get a more uniform light, but there will be a certain loss of light (about 10%), and there is milky white (Figure 3), This solution can achieve a uniform light output, the same as the traditional fluorescent lamp, but this solution will lose 30% of the light. Different PC lampshades can be selected according to different use occasions to achieve the corresponding effect. (As shown in FIG)

LED fluorescent color temperature


Different color temperatures of LEDs produce different visual effects. 3000K-4500K (Fig. 1) will produce a warm feeling, but the contrast of this color temperature is low. 4500K-6500K (Fig. 2) is what we call white light, which looks white. 6500-8000K (Figure 3) is cool white light, it will give people a cold feeling, this color temperature is relatively high contrast. Different color temperatures can be selected according to different use occasions to achieve different effects. (As shown in FIG)

As can be seen from the above table, there are some differences in the parameters of the LED light tube of the four companies that we have chosen above. The number of LED light sources is from 144 to 168, and the luminous flux is also from 650. -940LM, the range of phase difference is as much as 290LM, the input voltage has a wide voltage, and there is a narrow voltage. The color rendering index is basically at Ra=75, and there will be a standard and specification after the national LED lighting standard is introduced.
