Youku Potato Group splits the database as an independent sub-brand

This means that Youku Potato Group will operate three independent sub-brands: Youku, Tudou and SouKu.

Youku Tudou said that the formal unification of the advertising system is an important step for Youku Tudou's integration, and it mainly solves the problem of overlapping users of the two platforms.

According to a report released by iResearch on the website traffic of Youku.com, Youku has more than 220 million users per week and nearly 150 million potatoes. The two coincident users are about 68,000. After removing duplicate users, Youku Potato Weeks covers approximately 310 million unique users. Yu Chau revealed that after the merger of Youku Tudou and the two companies, the daily re-merging rate of the users in the first segment was 14%, and the weekly re-alignment rate was about 18%.

Youku Tudou Group currently does not make money as the first goal, "the future profitability is not impossible."
